Indigo Majesty is a dual silk spool built around a deep blue that carries a second, shifting tone beneath it, so the surface changes as you move around the piece. It reads as rich and slightly regal, which is why it turns up on jewellery boxes, chess kings, ceremonial props and gifts. The gloss arrives straight off the printer, so there is no sanding or painting stage to schedule. It is made in South Africa and vacuum-sealed before it ships, which matters through a Johannesburg summer when an open spool can take up moisture before you get round to using it.
