Dual silk filament blends two colours into one strand, so a print shifts between them as it builds rather than changing all at once. Crimson Eclipse runs deep red into a dark, almost-black shadow, giving vases, masks and display shells a moody depth that a single colour cannot reach. It is made locally in South Africa, so replacing a spool mid-project does not mean waiting on an import. Loaded and run on ordinary PLA settings, it is an easy way to make a plain model look considered, and it shows best on tall parts where the blend has room to develop.
