Pick your order up from our premises in Greymont, Johannesburg. We let you know when it is ready.
What will it cost to my area?
Shipping is calculated from your address and the size and weight of your order. Enter your suburb for live courier prices on a small parcel, such as a 1kg spool of filament. Larger items are priced the same way at checkout.
Collection is free
Choose Collection at checkout and we will message you when your order is ready.

From order to your hands
Order
Choose your delivery option at checkout and pay by card or EFT. Store orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Dispatch
We pack your order and hand it to the courier. You receive your tracking details as soon as it has been dispatched.
Track
Follow your parcel below, or from the Orders page in your account, until it is delivered or ready to collect.
The details
- Custom printed parts and engineering projects need production time before dispatch. Your quote states the lead time.
- Delivery times vary by region and courier workload. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout.
- Please check your delivery address and phone number at checkout — the courier uses them to reach you.
- Once a parcel has been dispatched, delivery timing is in the courier's hands. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will follow it up.
