Upload a file, send a sketch, or describe the part you need. We handle FDM printing, resin printing, CAD design, 3D scanning, reverse engineering and short-run manufacturing.
What DesignAxis Does
A complete custom manufacturing workflow: FDM printing, resin printing, CAD design, reverse engineering, 3D scanning and short production runs.
FDM 3D Printing
Functional parts, prototypes, brackets, enclosures and practical components printed in PLA+, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, Nylon and engineering filaments.
View ServiceResin Printing
High-detail resin prints for miniatures, display models, smooth prototypes, masters and cosmetic parts where finish and detail matter most.
View ServiceCAD Design
Part design from sketches, measurements, drawings, reference photos or ideas. We prepare models for printing, testing and manufacturing.
View ServiceReverse Engineering
Recreate broken, obsolete or unavailable components from samples, photos and measurements, with improvements where practical.
View Service3D Scanning
Capture physical parts for reference, replication, CAD rebuilds and fitment workflows where manual measuring is not enough.
View ServiceSmall Batch Manufacturing
Low-volume production for repeat parts, product trials, workshop components and custom sets without tooling costs.

Built Around the Right Workflow
DesignAxis is built as a practical digital workshop: quote requests go through the quote page, support and follow-ups go through contact, and materials are recommended based on how the part will be used.
What You Can Count On
Every request gets a reply within 24 hours, with a price, the material we recommend and why. Send an STL, a STEP file, a sketch or just photos and measurements.
We print in PLA+, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, Nylon and resin, and we match the material to how the part is used: heat, sunlight, load, flex or fine detail.
No drawing? We 3D-scan the part, rebuild it as proper parametric CAD in Fusion 360, and print it. You keep the CAD file for next time.
From Request to Finished Part
Choose the Route
Use the quote page for pricing and uploads, or contact support for general questions and follow-ups.
Send Files or Details
Upload STL, STEP, OBJ, DXF, PDF, images or ZIP files, or describe the part if you do not have a model yet.
We Recommend
We review the material, process, strength, detail, quantity and turnaround needed for the job.
Build & Deliver
Your part is printed, checked and prepared for Johannesburg collection or delivery where practical.
