Charred Gold pairs a warm metallic gold with a blackened tone, landing somewhere between tarnished brass and aged bronze. It saves a step for anyone who would print in plain gold and then wash the model with dark paint to bring out its detail, because here the darker tone already sits down in the recesses. Statues, relics, prop coins, steampunk fittings and tabletop scatter all suit it. Keep to your normal PLA profile and the surface comes out glossy on its own. The contrast is strongest across models with plenty of surface texture, while smooth spheres and plain boxes waste what the filament can do.
