Black is the volume colour in the SA Filament PLA range and the obvious pick for parts meant to work rather than be looked at. It is made in South Africa, so replacing a spool is a short wait rather than an import, and the shade does not drift between batches the way overseas stock sometimes does. Use it for jigs, fixtures, enclosures, drone frames and the endless small repairs that keep a workshop running. Layer lines are least visible in black, which makes it forgiving on parts printed in a hurry. It ships vacuum-sealed and ready to load.
