Grey is what you reach for when a printed part should not look printed. It matches the tone of most injection-moulded housings, appliance trim and vehicle interior clips, so a replacement bracket or knob disappears into the assembly instead of standing out against it. The high-speed Hyper base keeps the extruder fed when the machine is moving briskly, which matters on the long flat faces where grey shows inconsistency most clearly. It is also the kindest colour to photograph: soft shadows, no glare, and geometry that stays legible in a listing photo or a report figure.
