Red is the colour people choose when a printed part is meant to be noticed on purpose rather than by accident. In the PLA+ blend it holds its saturation through thick walls, so the surface does not go pink where light catches a curve. Toughness is the real reason to pick PLA+ over standard PLA here, since brackets, handles and clips take a knock without splitting along a layer line. Cosplay and prop builders also use it as a base coat colour, because a strong red underneath needs fewer passes of paint on top of it.
