Blue PETG gives you the same toughness as the standard colours with a finish that reads clearly in photographs and assembly instructions. Makers building multi-part assemblies often print one component group in blue purely so the pieces are obvious during a fit-up, and PETG holds its dimensions well enough that those pieces still clip together after several test cycles. It copes with humidity better than many filaments, which is worth something in a workshop that is not climate controlled. A straightforward spool for prototypes, fixtures and any part that has to flex slightly before it gives.

Keep part cooling low. PETG bonds better between layers with less airflow.
