Luminous blue does two things at once: it fluoresces sharply under ultraviolet and retains a quiet glow for a while after the light is cut. In daylight it reads as a clean electric blue rather than a pastel. SA Filament produces the UV Neon range locally, so a colour you matched a project to stays available to match again later. Handling is standard PLA throughout, which keeps it within reach of anyone still learning their machine. It works particularly well on layered or backlit pieces, such as lamp diffusers, aquarium ornaments and night signage, where the afterglow adds something once it gets dark.
