The 4020 is the deeper cousin of the common 4010 blower, moving more air through the same mounting footprint because the impeller is wider. It is the usual choice for custom cooling ducts, remixed shrouds and any build where PLA parts need firmer cooling than the original fan provides. The 24V rating matches Creality control boards, so it wires straight into an existing fan header without a converter. Builders fitting aftermarket duct designs should check clearance around the hotend first, because the extra depth is exactly what makes this fan worth having and also what makes it tight in some shrouds.
