Resin printing is only half finished when the printer stops. Parts come off the plate coated in uncured resin that has to be washed off, and then cured properly under UV before they reach full strength. Doing that by hand means decanting solvent, agitating by hand, and leaving parts in the sun hoping for even exposure. The UW-01 does both stages in one enclosed unit with a rotating platform, so curing is even all round rather than on whichever side faced the light. It also keeps the solvent contained, which is worth something on its own.
Good for
- Finishing resin prints properly
- Even curing without sun exposure
- Keeping solvent contained and covered
- Batch post-processing small parts
